Soybean strains with different level of improved quality were selected as materials of this experiment, and the influence of several factors on the soybean quality were studied, which included the climate-ecology,, sowing date and. fertilizing. The main results were as follows:It indicated that protein and fat content of soybean presented the high inverse correlation and the relations were effected by the climate of years and the places. From the blossoms to the mature period. Crucial climatic stage of protein content increasing was in the middle and last ten days in August. The first and middle ten days were crucial climatic stage of fat content increasing in September. The temperature was the leading meteorologycal factor that affected the protein content. The sunshine duration was the leading climatic factor affected the fat content. The experiment about sowing date showed that along with the detention of sowing time, crucial climatic stage that affected the protein and fat content was also delayed correspondingly. Crucial climatic stage that affected protein content was in August. The stage that affected fat content was from the middle ten days in August to the middle ten days in September and it was slightly late compared with the protein crucial stage. As the soybean sowing date delayed, the protein and fat content had the tendency of reduced in the seed. The fittest sowing time was from5.5 to 5.20.The experiment about fertilizing was mainly about the influence of soybean quality by using the nitrogen, the phosphorus and the potassium fertilization. The results indicated that under the conditions of the experimental soil fertility, using nitrogen could help the protein content increasing and have no favor to the increase of the fat content. Along with the phosphate fertilizer increaseing, the protein content assumed the dropping tendency then the fat content rised. The protein content dropped along with the potassium fertilizer increasing then the fat content was on the contrary.
