China is the biggest country raising Caprine in the world, the total count of breeding goats and sheep has already exceeded 3 hundred millions. However, starting of the raising mutton Caprine was later ,there was no specific breed, the ability of producting meat was low,and the quality was not well,and insufficient competition in the international market. Therefore, it is of substantial strategy significance through introducing high-quality flesh Caprine species and embryo transplantation to strengthen our international competitive capacities of mutton Caprine, raise farmers income, and hasten mutton Caprine indusdrial proceeding. These works were carried out in our research which included pure breed Suffolk estrus induction in the nonbreeding seasons, superovulation of Suffolk, South Afria mutton merino, and Doper, and embryo transplantation technique. Our results indicate that:The means of CIDR+FSH could be used to induce estrus of Suffolk in the nonbreeding seasons, the estrus induction rate embredded 12days and 14days using CIDR was 66.67%, 100%,respectively. The group of estrus induction rate embredded 14days using CIDR was better than the group treated 12 days,the total estrus induction rate reached to 86.86%;After Suffolk treated in the nonbreeding seasons , they could not only rut, but also ovulate normally, ovulated ovum could be fertilized normally ,the conception rate retrieved embryos after transplanting had reached to 68.42%.The treatment sequence of superovulation using CIDR+FSH for pure breed Suffolk, South Afria mutton merino, and Doper ewes in the nonbreeding seasons was established. The superovulation reaction rate was 92.3%, 96.15%,and 87.50%, respectively, the average embyoes number gotten from one was 7.5, 6.44, and 3.80, the average embyoes number gotten from three species was 5.59. The highest embyos number gotten from South Afria mutton merino was 21. The embryos from Suffolk, South Afria mutton merino, and Doper were transplanted into northeast fuzz sheep treated estrus synchronization, the transplanted pregnancy rate was 85.71%,90.63%, and 84.38%, respectively.The fresh embryo conception rate transplanted from three species was 86.86%. The reproductive capacity of donator and recipient sheep was not affected by estrus synchronization, superovulation, and operation ets. Donator and recipient sheep could all conceive in former years and propagate normally if only the deal of injection of drug was controlled and the operation was free from infection.Our study demonstrated that: The reproductive efficiency of ewe was 2 to 3 times as high as nature reproductive efficiency through applying estrus induction and embryo transplantation technique. It was certificated that embryo transplantation technique is utility means of the rapid multiplication of imported exotic sheep breeds. The research result provided science base for embryo transplantation technique spreaded and applicated a large area to mutton Caprine.
