Both the sheep of Super Ovulation and the same period of estrus or of embryo transfer in sheep, although many scholars at home and abroad have been studied for decades, but in under the influence of various factors, effect is not ideal.。Results of the experiment indicated:In the Aheqi Alpine pastoral area the best season Keerkeziy sheep superovulation was 9month-11 month,While from September to November proceeds superovulation can gain good result。Along with the postponing of time,the result of the superovulation trend to stability,but enter the December, the superovulation take on unsteadily trendence; Using the Cloprostenol method and the CIDR(the vagina bolt) method in the Keerkeziy sheep, the result showed, apply the two methods are all able to contain same period results, but using the Cloprostenol method are obviously better than the CIDR(the vagina bolt) method in Keerkeziy sheep(P<0.05),Under the same hormone dose, if you consider the cost of drugs;The total dosages of the FSH( The second Hormone factory production, Ningbo) in 210 IU,250 IU,270IU,320 IU were used respectively for superovulation in goats,the results showed the most suitable total dosages of FSH was were used respectively;for superovulation in goats,the results showed the most suitable total dosages of FSH was 250 IU. The average of collected embryos number and the amble used embryos number are higher than other groups(P<0.01);THE application of the CIDR( the vagina bolt) method,the Cloprostenol method and natural estrus in the superovulation of goats,there were no significant difference in the average collected embryos(P> 0.05),but there were significant difference in the average collected useful embryos(P< 0.05);The number of the average collected embryos between feeding and no feeding given goats isn’t obvious difference(P>0.05),but the number of the average useful embryos under feeding given goats is obviously higher than no feeding ones(P<0.05);The results shows enhancing the feed management is one of the valid measures to increase the useful embryo; Injecting the LH can obviously increase the ovulating number, but no obvious exaltation on collect the quantity of embryos and the useful embryos. On the contrary, the useful embryos lower than the not injecting groups(p<0.05);Using the CIDR method in the Aheqi Alpine pastoral area Non breeding season recipient goats are obviously better than the Cloprostenol method(P<0.05);In the transplantation of embryo, the same developmental stage under the condition of no significant difference between grade B and grade A embryos transfer pregnancy rate(P<0.05),,no significant difference between the B level and C level of embryo transfer pregnancy rate of embryo(P<0.05);When the choice of estrous synchrony between in 0h, 12 h of donor and recipient sheep for transplantation, the conception rate was significantly higher than that of the scholar 24 h transfer pregnancy rate,but the choice transplantation was performed in two time periods 0h, 12 h the difference was not significant(P > 0.05). From the results of this analysis shows that in not enough,synchronization of estrus of sheep receptor, in order to obtain better lambing rate, choose to use synchronization error within 12 h of recipient sheep is the best.
