Normal maize (or the male sterility hybrid maize)and high oil maize were crossed to screen combinations of normal maize×High oil maize for high quality and high yield, and to study the integrated cultivation technologies, which were conducted in Dezhou and over ten other experimental farms from 2004 to 2005. The concept of high-yield normal maize being high-oiled was put forward, and the practicality was analyzed. The main results were as follows:1. Crosses with good quality and high yield were obtained via considering poly-character of all the high oil maize×normal maize (or the male sterility hybrid maize) crossesAmong 18 crosses, which were of 6 normal maize by 3 high oil maize, 10 crosses, about 55.6% of all, yielded higher significantly than that of the maternal parent, with the ranges of 1.4% to 6.6 %.The output in 667m2 is 600kg .The oil content of all cross-fertilized kernel were distinctly higher than that of the self-fertilized kernel of the maternal parent. The oil content of the cross-fertilized kernel ranged from 5 % to 6.2 % while the self-fertilized kernel of the maternal parent were from 3% to 4% and pollinator were from 7.3% to 8.6%, with improvement of 47.5%. The relationship between the oil content of the cross–fertilized kernel and that of their parents was F0=0.56P1+0.44P2(F0:the oil content of the cross-fertilized kernel,P1, P2:the oil content of the maternal parent and the pollinator respectively.).By mixing maize pollen, which has different genetic markers, different genotype kernels on ear were got. When the normal maize cultivar is pollinated by different maize cultivars, the 1000-kernel-weight of 3/4 crosses...
