In this thesis, seed germination rate and MAD content, dissociative praline, chlorophyll, permeation of cell membrane and their relative water content of young seedlings with different salt concentraion ( 0%,0.4%,0.8%,1.2%,1.6%,2.0%,2.4% (NaCl:Na2SO4=1:1))were studied in 10 sepcies of perennial grass (Elymus nutans Criseb, E.sibiricus L., E.dahuricus Turcz., E.Canadensis L., Agropyron cristatum×A.desertorum.cv.Hycrest-mengnong , A.mongolicum keng.cv.Mengnong NO.1, A.desertorum Schult.cv.Nordan , Psathyrostachys juncea , P. juncea(Fisch) Nevski cv.Shandan , P.juncea cv. Bozoisky). Moreover,comparing method of standard variety were applied for integrative evaluating and selecting indexes on ability of salt-tolerance. The results are as follows:1: From integrative evaluating on the ability of salt-tolerance for 10 species of perennial grass ,the results were showed:ability of salt-tolerance in A.cristatum×A.desertorum.cv.Hycrest-mengnong,A.desertorum Schult.cv.Nordan,E.sibiricus L,P.juncea cv. Bozoisky and P.juncea are better than others, E.dahuricus Turcz.., P. juncea(Fisch) Nevski cv.Shandan, E.Canadensis L. and E.nutans Criseb. take second place, and A.mongolicum keng.cv.Mengnong NO.1 is worse. At the same time, comparing method of standard variety is first in application for integrative evaluation on ability of salt-tolerance.2: According to coefficient order of Multi-Linear Regression with comparing method of standard variety, the index order on selecting ability of salt-tolerance are relative water content, chlorophyll, dissociative praline content, relative conductance rate and MAD content.
