Alfalfa is one of the most important legumes in the world.It not only provides high quality protein for livestock,but also improves soil nitrogen fertility.It is the first choice for the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry.Widely distributed in all parts of China's salted land is planted forage,is to ensure that high-quality arable land for crops and effective way.In this study,18 alfalfa materials were used to study the effects of different concentrations of NaCl(0.0%,0.3%.0.5%,0.7%)on the growth of alfalfa in order to screen out alfalfa varieties.The salt tolerance of 18 alfalfa cultivars was evaluated by measuring the relative germination rate,relative germination potential and root growth of seeds under the treatment of Petri dish.Ten alfalfa varieties were screened out,And then 10 kinds of alfalfa varieties of potted experiments,and ultimately screen out the most salt tolerance of alfalfa varieties.The effects of different concentrations of NaCl(ck,0.25%,0.3%,0.35%,0.4%)on the emergence rate,plant height,survival rate,branch number,cell membrane permeability,free proline The indicators were measured,according to the above indicators on a variety of comprehensive evaluation,grading,screening out the salt varieties.The main conclusions are as follows:1.In the germination test,the salt tolerance of 18 varieties was evaluated as follows:YL702,2006-YL-3,2006-YL-4,S2,S3,Zhongmu No.1,Zhongcao 10,SS-2007,YL92-1 has strong salt tolerance;YL-92,SS12-1,SS15-1,S1,S4,giant energy 4050,giant energy 4010,SS14-1 are weak in salt tolerance.2.In the pot experiment,the salt tolerance of 10 varieties was from high to low:Zhongcao 10>Zhongmu No.1>Giant salt>YL702>2006-YL-4>SS-2007>S2>2006-YL-3>YL92-1>S3.3.In the pot experiment,the salt tolerance of 10 varieties was evaluated as follows:the ability of salt tolerance of Zhongcao 10 was strong,and the ability of salt tolerance of YL702,2006-YL-4 was strong,SS-2007,S2,2006-YL-3 salt tolerance of medium,YL92-1,S3 salt tolerance of the weakest.
