The paper studies the salt ions, absobent selectivity ration & transport selectivity ratio of two groups of the Populus alba L.var.pyramidalis & soil. The P.Popolaris'was studied salt ions of leaves, one-year-old shoot, perennial branches, heartwood, sapwood, root. The salt ions change content of different parts in one year: Positive ions content is Ca2+>K+>Mg2+>Na+, negative ions content is SO42->HCO3->Cl-. Available ions content of soil is Ca2+>Na+>Mg2+>K+.Soluble salt ions of soil, positive ions content is Na+>Ca2+>Mg2+ >K+, negative ions content is HCO3->Cl->SO42-. The P.Popolaris'absorb and transport nutrient initiatively and absorb and transport salt passively in the system of soil- P.Popolaris'.Root try its best to exclude Na+ to get in trees , or store it in roots to Na+ in trees.Sapwood transport salt ions selectivity to leaves. The ability of absorb & transport Ca2+,Mg2+,K+ reinforce on P.Popolaris'with salinization soil's salt increase.
