The development and application of SPF animals have become an a supported condition and foundation of our life science and biology medicine development.They have turned in to one of important symbol to scale the level of science and technology of a nation and region.The establishment of many scientific research items and high level of production lie on the quality of SPF animals.To ensure the quality of laboratory animal producing and improving the animal level, the research was about the changes and compositions of microorganisms of microbial aerosol of SPF animals houses as well as cryopreservation and recovery of SPF morulae.The experiment were divided into four parts1 Dynamic detecting microbial aerosol in SPF animals houses The feasibility of establishing dynamic standard was discussed through detecting the changes of microbial aerosol in SPF animals houses.The particle thickness of 0.3μm and 0.5μm microbial aerosol in different animal houses was detected.The sampling time was an usual day and a week.The changes of particle thickness was disciplinarian in a week detecting.The 0.3μm particle thickness in different animal houses was significantly different(P<0.05).Especially the particle thickness of rabbit house was significantly high than that of mouse(P<0.01);The 0.5μm particle thickness in different animal houses was significantly different(P<0.01) except rabbit house and rat house.The changes of two particle thickness was different in rat and rabbit house in a day.The particle thickness in rat house had a peak value .But it had two peak value in rabbit house.Because the mode to feeding was different. It had close pertinency with activity of feeder.The changes of particle thickness of microbial aerosol was disciplinarian .And the thickness was kept at 100000 class in a day.
