The dog is satisfied with not only the people's demand of physical life but also spiritual life. The dogs are worth above generally economic animal. With the number of people who keep dogs being larger, it has become a new industry that could produce great economic benefits. So it is a focus problem that precise examination of the canine disease. We should see the infectious disease outbreak rate very high, it is important to manufacture quick and find accurate examine. The macroarray technique have an ability of the clinical examination to the admixture infection, can examine various causes synchronously, shorten to examine time, consumedly exaltat examination efficiency, the gene chip becomes important assistance means of the clinical examination. With PCR or RT-PCR, This research selects by examinations the each conservative sequence fragments: Canine adenovirus type (p-VIII) gene, Canine parvovirus protein 2 (VP2) genes,Canine porainfluenca vires infections protein NP (NP); Canine coronavirus protein S gene, Canine distemper fusion protein F gene, Rabies virus nucleoprotein N gene, they were obtained plasmiby clone and spotted onto colloxylin to form microarrays. Polynucleotide extracted from samples by tracing technique. Followed by PCR amplification and labling with biotin-16-dUTP. The labeled Product of PCR and prepared gene chip were subjected to specific hybridization and the hybridization results were scanned and analyzed with a scanner. The results shows that the macroarry technique could identify and distinguish the six canine common diversified disease. So it have the very vast foreground in the examination and diagnosises. We carry on the quantity control to the gene chip, as to it's the sensitivity, particularity, repetition does to correspond the experiment, making sure...
