Effects of Carbamide, EM, Wood vinegar on the changes of temperature, physical and chemical properies of the fermenting sawdust were studied. The results are as follows.1) Carbamide could supply nitrogen to the sawdust fermentation, also help to improve fermentation, after mixed the sawdust and Carbamide. When the weight of Carbamide applied in lcubic meter sawdust was 7kg, the effects of fermentation was not good. 2) EM could promote the decay of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, reduce the rate of C/N, adjust the pH and EC of sawdusts. 3) Wood vinegar could improve the temperature of fermentation, tdecrease the time of fermenting, also promote the decay of lignin, cellulose and hemicellulose, reduce the rate of C/N, adjust the pH and EC of sawdusts. Therefore, Wood vinegar is helpful to the fermentation. The physical and chemical properties, fertility properties of mixed substrates and their effects on growth and development of blueberry were studied. The results were as follows.1) the subtrates applied gravel were loose, and easy to lose water, but the number of pH was high. The substrates applied perlite could improve AFP condition, but water and fetility holding capacity was low. The substrates applied peat had high content of organic matter, and made the pH low, mprove the AFP condition and water and fetility holding capacity was high.2) The substrates applied peat and sawdust were good to the number of leaf, average leaf area, length of shoot, thikness of shoot. On the other hand, the sbustrates applied gravel were not good., and the indexes of physiology were not good either. 3) The number of pH is one important factor to the growth and development of blueberry. When the number of pH is high, bigger than 6, the growth of blueberry was bad, becauce of lack of Fe.
