Making use of agricultural waste as cultivation matrix,this experiment studied the impact on the blueberry soilless cultivation of plant growth by the different matrix and different proportion,and observe the ecological and physiological indicators of the blueberry.At the same time,the experiment used wood vinegar liquid on the treatments,to observe the adapt situation of the blueberry root system.The experimental results showed that:1.The physical properties of different mixed substrates had different change conditions.The matrix density of all experimental treatments were on the rise.Due to density is related to matrix type and mixed proportion,so the treatments had different numerical.The blueberry grew well when the density was 0.8g/cm3.The macroporosity and aeration porosity were declining with the obvious gap,and caused the difference influence on the growth of blueberry.The saturated water content was tend to be stable after reaching a certain value.2.Through watering wood vinegar liquid on all treatments,the p H value of each process was downward trend,and suitable for blueberry cultivation optimum p H value.Since the buffering capacity of the matrix formula are different,so there were different periods to conform to the blueberry cultivation conditions.After irrigation,EC value of the matrix and the TDS value there were significant reduction,and then tends to be stable.The salt in the matrix is applied to soil magnetism,and 150~200ms/cm salt concentration is suitable for blueberries growth.3.The substrates contain high organic matter and mineral elements,which can promote the growth of root system,and improve the nutritional status of the blueberry tree.Analyzing the mineral nutrition of the cultivation matrix,the total nitrogen,alkali solution nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,we can had find,all indications changed.In the process of cultivation,the appropriate nutrition supply for the growth of blueberry has positive impetus.4.According to analyze the plant height increment,the crown growth,stem diameter growth and leaf area growth,we can find that,the mixed matrix of ? on blueberry growth promoting effect was obvious better than other experimental treatments,and the difference was obvious;in the processing of the determination ofphysiological index,we can find,in addition to the photosynthetic indicators were no significant differences,other indicators,including the leaf chlorophyll content,leaf soluble sugar content,leaf soluble protein content and root activity indicators,there were best performance on treatment ?.
