Taxus chinensis var.mairer belong to one mutation of T. chinensis,which is one most extensive distribution plant in China, protected plants preciously for national first grade.It collects the materials, pharmaceutial use and views in an organic whole. Paclitaxel(goods famous Taxol ) drawn in its body is strong and active anticancer drug in the world at present and the generally acknowledged all over the world. The sixth of the twelve Earthly Branches is approved for being applied to treating ovarian cancer and breast cancer,etc. clinically by a lot of countries now. But Taxus chinensis var.mairer is distributed scatteredly. seldom grow into forest, and slowly grow, and Paclitaxel still depends on belonging to the plant to draw from the wild plant that make its contradiction of supply and demand unusually conspicuous. The Paclitaxel resources problems of T. chinensis to be solved become the focus that countries all over the world. It is this medicine that could expand the key factor employed too. To relieve this contradiction, this project aim at electing the high content Paclitaxel and its prerequisite of biosynthesis in Fujian Province and carry on the technical research of cultivating strong seedling. This text is the phased test result of this project.1 .Through orthogonal experimental design, the most simple and convenient method to draw Paclitaxel is: First ,metage the sample 3g and put it into the mixed solution of 20ml.The mixed solution is at the proportion of 9 Methanol to 1 Dichloromethane .Then ,soak the admixture at 35℃ for 36 hours. The most simple and convenient method to draw 10-BA is:First,metage the sample 2g and put it into the mixed solution of 20ml.The mixed solution is at the proportion of 7 Methanol to 1 Dichloromethane.Then ,soak the admixture at 40℃ for 12 hours. The most simple and convenient method to draw BA is:First,metage the sample 3g and put it into the mixed solution of 20ml.The mixed solution is at the proportion of 9 Methanol to 1 Dichloromethane Then ,soak the admixture at 35℃ for 36 hours. The most simple and convenient method to draw lCelphalimannine is:First,metage the sample 4g and put it into the mixed solution of 20ml.The mixed solution is at the proportion of 7 Methanol to 1 Dichloromethane .Then ,soak the admixture at 35℃ for 36 hours.2.By analyzing the content of Paclitaxel, 10-DBA III.Baccatin III and Celphalimannine,there is a law which show that the distribution of the content of Paclitaxel and Celphalimannine in the tree body both are :cortices> cortices of the root>root>seed>leaf>twig>trunk, the distribution of the content of 10-DBA—III in the tree body both are : leaf>cortices> cortices of the root> twig> seed>root> trunk, the distribution of the content of Baccatin III in the tree body both are : leaf>twig>seed>cortices> cortices of the root> root> trunk.3.According to the point system of comprehensive properties,78 primary election excellent Taxus chinensis are classified to 4 types respectively for" extremely high " , "high ","in"," low " .There are 15 officinal type is selected to be plus trees among the first two kinds. The selecting rate is 19.23%.4.The gene bank keeps 15 excellent officinal families and 59 clones, which grow healthily.The...
