The thesis come from the alternatives to High Toxin Pesticide Project .Bioassay of insecticides which was provided by Department of Agriculture on cotton aphid and spider mite in institute of Plant Protection, Shandong province Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Because most pesticide formulations in our country were emulsion and wettable powder, which was harmful to human and environment, the author researched about environmental formulation—microemulsion. The research was be summaried as followed:1 Abamectin, imidacloprid, carbosulfan, acetamipridmetlyl-amineavermectin and diafenthiuron are the highest bioactivities on cotton aphid, and their LC50 were below 10mg/L ( 10ppm) , fenpyroximate, amitraz, profenophos, quinalphos, Pymetrozine, triazophos and fenthion were better bioactivities on cotton aphid. So these insecticides may be referenced ones for the alternatives to high toxin pesticide on cotton aphid .2 Abamectin, hexythiazox, metlyl—amineavermectin, fenpyroximate, pyridaben, liuyangmycina and spinosad were the highest bioactivities on cotton spider mite, their LC50 were below 10mg/L( 10ppm), bifenthrin, amitraz and clofentezine were better bioactivities on cotton spider mite. So these insecticides may be referenced ones for the alternatives to high toxin pesticide on cotton spider mite.3 Jiont actions for mixtures of insecticides in cotton aphid and cotton spider mite in terms of insecticidal LC50. Among joint actions for mixtures of 10 insecticides in two insect pest, quinalphos and amitraz, abamectin and fenpyroximate, abamectin and quinalphos are highly synergistic action in cotton aphid and cotton spider mite with above 120 of co-toxcity coeffeciency(CTC) respectively. Abamectin and chortyrifos, quinalphos and acetamiprid, acetamiprid and pymetrozine are highly synergistic action in the given proportions. But acetamiprid and diafenthiuron, fenpyroximate and quinalphos are antagonist in cotton aphid and cotton spider mite with below 80 of co-toxcity coeffeciency(CTC) respectively.
