The study and application of the botanical pesticide is paid attention to day by day in the control of the stored grain pest. Along with the people health and environmental protection consciousness increase, the botanical pesticide will play an important role certainly. The ethyl alcohol extracts from ACG and the AFG two kind of optimal plants and the oleander leaves were tested for their insecticidal activities against Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky and Rhizopertha dominica Fbricius, using contact application and repellent action method. The result showed that ACG possessed the highest activities, and the oleander leaves did not have obvious repellent action or contact action. The powder of the root from ACG have been formulated to emulsifier concentration (EC) though the research of physical and chemical character with laboratory bioassay. The corrected mortality after 14 d and the inhibition rate to next progeny of Sitophilus zeamais M. were 56.67% and 76.86%. Each index of the formulation meet the standard of the commodity pesticide.ACG power, ACC power, ACG extract were mixed with three chemicals respectively in wheat to study their control effect to Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky and Rhizopertha dominica Fbricius. Though biological activity and simulation test, this study screen out four filling of prescription D2,E2,F2,G2. D2 had the most obvious action in all the treatments. The corrected mortality after 7d and 14d and the inhibition rate to next progeny to Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky were 100.00%. The corrected mortality after 14d to Rhizopertha dominica Fbricius was 82.06%. And the inhibition rate to next progeny to Rhizopertha dominica Fbricius was more than 90.00%. The corrected mortality after 7d and 14d and the inhibition rate to next progeny of E2, F2, G2 to Sitophilus zeamais Motschulsky were 100.00% respectively. The selection and adjustment of the filling of prescription for the indoor simulations test, the results after five months showed that five filling of prescription had obvious actions, the control rates were 100%.
