Taking black soil samples of corn as test soil and used MPN and Soil plate method etc to measure the number of cellulose-decomposing microorganisms, meanwhile, Principal component analysis and Significance analysis of cellulose decomposition fungi were main method of data treatment Through this paper studied the population amounts of cellulose-decomposing microorganisms and quanity of fungi in a long term experiment and in doors. Changes of soil enzyme activities in different fertilizer and function on the transformation organic matter were also this paper's main content .Main purposes of this experiment were affluent microorganisms and provided a scientific theoretical basis for mechanism of black soil in Jilin degeneration from biology, the scientific fertilization and for the enthancement of the eco-environment of agriculture. The study indicates: identified with 14 genera, 27 species and three of them were the new recorded species in Jilin. They were Penicillium citrinum Thom, Penicillium corylophilum Dierckx and Penicillium janthinellum Biourge There were 14 genera and 24 species in upper layer soil (0-20cm) and 11 genera and 19 species in the sub-upper layer soil (20-40cm). 11 genera and 19 species were the same in tested soil. Penicillium and aspergillus were advantage of cellouse -decomposing microorganisms and the relative volume accounted for 33.33% and 25.93% respectively. The capability to decompose of cellulose were different, nicillium citrinum Thom. Aspergillus niger v.Tiegh, Trichoderma harziamum Rifai,Mycol and Trichoderma atroviride P.karsten,Finl were stronger than Rhizopus stolonifer (Ehrenb.) Lind.and Geotrichum candidum Link.Treatment of fertilizer can increase soil enzyme activity (cellulose enzymes, Peroxide enzymes and polyphenoloxidase).Especially, treatment of chemical-organic fertilizer. In crop reproductive period, activity of cellulose and peroxide were biggest in 50 days, polyphenoloxidase was biggest in seeding (15days).Treatment of fertilizer can increase the number of cellulose-decomposing...
