A method was developed to determine the residue of tepraloxydim in water, and the residue kinetic of tepraloxydim in different water was studied.HPLC-VWD was selected as the analysis method to determine the residue of tepraloxydim. The degradation of tepraloxydim on 365nm sight is quickly in high pH water.The speed of degradation in water is slow than in high pH water.And tepraloxydim is stable in acid water.But it is different on 254nm sight. The tepraloxydim light degeneration speed reduces obviously in the different standard cushion solution. In experiments in several kind of cushion solutions, 25 °C under the condition tepraloxydim in the pure water degeneration speed is quickest under the 254nm low pressure mercury lamp illumination, is close in neutral and the alkalinity cushion solution degeneration speed, reduces in the pH4 cushion solution light degeneration speed extremely obviously.Through a pilot study tepraloxydim in aqueous solution for the dynamic optical degradation found chlorine scored sulfur other herbicides accession to the tepraloxydim grass-ray degradation there is a certain effect, but in pressure illumination and low voltage, to tepraloxydim the half-life other herbicides can play different roles delay or growth, with the specific role of the intake of water environment are closely linked.Laboratory conditions, inspected tepraloxydim in the water environment degradation dynamics study found in acidic conditions tepraloxydim easily degradable, and the relative stability in the alkaline conditions.
