Songliao Plain is main region of corn in our country. In recent years, because of unreasonable fertilizing nitrogen, some phenomenon appears that the economic efficiency of corn become lower and the efficiency of use nitrogenous fertilizer also become lower. At the same time the environment of soil was threaten by that. Therefore, it is necessary to according to the various corn with different genotype which have different ways to absorb nitrogen to adjust the total application of nitrogenous fertilizer, then to achieved the goal that saving application and getting higher production. Also must have get high production and cannot destroy the environment. This paper is made in Changchun, Jilin province, with black soil, the center of Songliao Plain where is corn belt. As a pilot area and carries on the long-term fixed-point experiment under the different fertility conditions, studying best application of nitrogen, the economic efficiency and the effect on environment by corn with different genotype.According to the technical theory about recommendation and fertilizer though the soil inorganic nitrogen test and the rule of absorbing nitrogen in corn with different genotypes. Finally recommend the best application of nitrogen, 263.9-273.9 kg/hm2, 177.6-187.6 kg/hm2, 185.0-195.0 kg/hm2, and 209.4-219.4 kg/hm2, in different corn Simi25, Jidan209, Nongda 108 and Jidan 180. The best economic efficiency is 8,726Yuan/hm2, 9,357Yuan/hm2, 8,033Yuan/hm2 and 6,791Yuan/hm2. The best nitrogen application of Jidan 209 is low, and the economic efficiency is high. So it has much potential on saving application and getting high production.In the different condition that N levels between high and low and different leaves of nitrogenous application, though researching bioniass, the total nitrogen and the roots of different maize genotypes. At the same time, analyzes the character of Nmin distributed of various maize genotypes after harvest. The result indicate, regardless of and the low nitrogen level or the high nitrogen level Jidan209 had able to absorb the nitrogen effectively, With this correspondence, it also has the certain superiority in root system's bioniass, under the identical N level, the dry weights of root Jidan 209 are remarkably higher than other genotypes of corn; Simi25 absorb fertilizers nitrogen strongly and has the higher absorption of nitrogen and the bioniass under the high nitrogen level. But misses to absorb the nitrogen in soil, the accumulation of nitrogen and the dry matter is low. Nongda108 absorb soil nitrogen strongly, but it misses to absorb to the fertilizer nitrogen, At the same time under the low N level, its nitrogen absorption and the bioniass is high, but the output is low; The displays of Jidan180 is not stably under two years field fixed point test condition.
