Study On Screening Of The Native Bermudagrass Germ Plasm Resource And Evaluating Of The Turf Quality In The Southwest Of China

Based on the evaluating of two hundred wild Bermudagrass turf quality, the regional test was adopted to comprehensively evaluate and compare the turf quality of twenty two wild excellent Bermudagrass in southwest of China at first in this article .The turf quality of twelve materials were better , then the cold tolerance test was adopted to compare these materials, they were under the cold temperature stress at five levels of different cold stress in the artificial climate cabinet, the stress temperature was 10℃ ,5℃, 0℃,-5℃,-10℃ respectively, the time was five days. The survival rate and scorch degree, relative electric conductivity rate, the accumulation of MDA and soluble sugar were observed and mensurated . there were four materials had relative strong cold tolerance , then adopted mowing experiment, the test enactmented four stubble height and two mowing frequency , they were 5,4, 3.5 .,3cm and 10 days ,20days each time respectively, the results showed that:1. Combining Bermudagrass turf quality's result in four regions, The Bermudagrass Sau02011,Sau9928, Sau9926, Sau9936, Sau9922, Sau9934, Sau02012 and Sau02045 were relative better in whole year's field experiment in Ya'an, the scores were 7.95, 7.41, 7.27, 7.17, 7.09, 6.94, 6.85, 6.68(Tifway was 7.51 )respectively, and Sau02011, Sau9928, Sau02012,Sau9936, Sau9926, Sau02014 were suitable to inseminate at Hong'ya, Shuangliu,Wenjiang, The survival rate of them were 90% after inseminated one week, formation speed of them were about 50...
