Orbiliaceae is a category of fungi which teleomorph is predatory nematode hyphomycetes and the related fungi, which has important values in economiy and ecology. the important reason that the effect of its biocontrol has not been applied in the practice is that we lack comprehensive knowledge of its Biology Characteristics. The biology characteristics of this anamorph fungi which have differents trapping structures have been studied in this research, so call the stran of 6214, Orbilia orientalis which has constricting rings, the stran of 6174, Orbilia auricolor which has adhesive nets and the stran of 6174,Orbilia querci which has adhesive knobs. In order to finded out the essential factor which effect these fungi we researched the environmental and nutritive factor which influence on its growth stage when preying or saprophyting . The results are reported as follows:(1) According to different trapping structures, The results showed that the nutritive, temperature, pH and lighting appropriate to its mycelial growth and spore Produce were different(2) Different trapping structures all can form Spontaneously, but the numbers is related to nutritive and pH closely.(3)The trapping efficiency is related to nematode's density closely, theadhesive nets have higher trapping efficiency(4)The speed contraction of constricting rings relate to the nematodes and rings' contacting area.(5)The sprout of Orbiliaceae spores can be Suppress by different soil but different soil which suppress the rate of spores' sprout is great differences and...
