Avermectin is a high-efficient biological pesticide that has been used extensively in agriculture, husbandry and medical science. But its residual detection method, degradation dynamics, degradation model in plant and soil and influence on the physiological and biochemical characters of plant were seldom reported. These were studied in this thesis and the results were reported as following.1. The optimal HPLC-FD detection condition of Avermectin. The maximum absorption of active principle obtained was excitation light for 365nm and emission light for 470nm by scanning excitate and emission wavelength to Avermectin ramification, therefore, the wavelengths were considered as the best working wavelength. Because the response of derivatives in acetonitrile-water was thirty percent higher than that of methanol-water by fluorescence detector, the acetonitrile-water was regarded as the better mobile phase between them.
