Dalai lake was an important fish foundation.there were various wild fishes in it. Wild carp,silve crucian carp, white fish, Amur ide are main economical fish.Because these fish lived in the natural lake which not was polluted, These fishes were subjected to people's faney deeply. But the foundation reseach of the lacal fish population is few. Many wild economical fishes are not researched sysfematically. Therefore the basical referece is few.The paper reseached the chromosome karyotype of wild carp,silve crucian carp,white fish,Amur ide in dalai lake, to progressively accumulate the fundamental data of innermogolian local wild economical fish and to protect and utilize local fish resource,to afford reference materical for the reprondution of fish. The chromosome specimens of these fishes were obtained from metaphase of kidneycell by vivo-injection of PHA and Colohicine, hypatoic-air drying technique, then studied their Giemsa stain.The results were as follows:1. Amur ide had a diploid chromosome number of 50 and its karyotype fomular is 18m+20sm+6st+6t, NF=902. Silver crucian carp had a diploid chromosome number of 156 and its karyotype fomular is 38m+28sm+18st+72t, NF=222.3. White fish had a diploid chromosome number of 48 and its karyotype fomular is 16m+26sm+6st, NF=904. Carp had a diploid chromosome number of 100 and its karyotype fomular is 22m+34sm+22st+22t, NF=156.
