Offspring of the four habrids groups of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) and curcian carp.auratus auratus) were analyzed by isozyme detection technology. Habrid triploids were obtained from female parent (common carp or crucian carp) and male parent (wulong crucian carp [F2]2n or4n), and its reason was speculated. Heterologous sperm inducing and UV irradiated sperm inducing were applicated in common carp gynogenesis, the gynogenetic diploid was identificated by microsatellite DNA and RAPD molecular marker.1, Electrophoresis of isozymes aspartate AAT,a-GPD, GPI, IDH, LDH, MDH, PGM and PROT were carried out, and the major diameter of erythrocyte were measured in four types hybrids progeny, include Cyprinus carpio(♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)4n (♂), Carassius auratus red var.(♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)4n (♂),Carassius auratus red var.(♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)2n (♂) and Carassius auratus auratus(crucian carp white)(♀)×Cyprinus carpio var. molong (♂). The major diameter of erythrocyte of Cyprinus carpio (♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)4n (♂), Carassius auratus red var.(♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)4n (♂), Carassius auratus red var.(♀)×wulong crucian carp(F2)2n(♂) belong to triploid type, crucian carp white (♀)×Cyprinus carpio var. molong(♂) belong to diploid type.Through isozymes analyse, the wulong crucian carp(F2)4n and wulong crucian carp(F2)2n both produce diploid spermatozoa, one of genome belongs to crucian carp and the other one belongs to common carp.2, Heterologous sperm of male Valencienci (Ictiobus cyprinellus) induced six groups of female common carps gynogenesis, which were hehua carp gynogenesis F1(hehua carp♀×Valencienci♂), wukelan carp gynogenesis F1(wukelan carp♀×Valencienci♂), beierhu carp, songpu carp, hehua carp, wukelan carp, UV irradiation sperm induced one group of jinxin carp gynogenesi. the normal diploid progeny was obtained from four groups, hehua carp gynogenesis Fl♀×ictiobus cyprinellus♂, wukelan carp gynogenesis F1♀×Valenciencic♂, beierhu carp♀×Valencienci♂and jinxin carp gynogenesis.Using eight pairs of microsallate markers analysis, gynogenetic diploid progenies of distant hybridization gynogenesis, which used three samples of common carp as its female parents, and jinxin carp gynogenesis were annalzyed, as well as their parents. The rate of recombination was also calculated, the amplification results showed that genotypes of four groups of gynogenetic progeny were obtained from their maternal parent, were the success of the gynogenetic progeny; The heterozygous individuals were existed in four groups of gynogenetic diploid, which showed recombination between gene loci and centromere. The recombination rate of gynogenetic progeny(48samples) on8gene loci was calculated. MFW19had the lowest rate (1.20%) and HLJ1118had the highest one (85.70%).It indicated that gene loic MFW19was the nearest by centromere and HLJ1118was the farest.The microsatellite DNA result showed two types gynogenetsis offspring belones of gynogenetic diploid induced by retaining second polar body.Jinxin carp gynogenesis progeny and their parents were assayed with RAPD technique using20random primers. There are two primers of OPA02and OPA19amplified special bands to identify that the progeny was gynogenesis type.The result was consistent with the microsatellite DNA assay.
