1The contrast test was adopted in the test, nutrient component,palatability and dynamic degradation rate in rumen were choosed as indexes, the influence of nutrient component content variety and feed value on corn straw and caragana with different microorganism-treatment.The result is as follows:â‘ No matter what microorganism-treatment can not improve notably nutrient component content, so they are belong to low roughage forage;â‘¡No matter what microorganism-treatment can improve notably the palatability, for corn straw, the highest ingestion is 50% water micro-storage, increase range is 44.1%; for caragana, the highest ingestion is 70% water microorganism-treatment, increase range is 31.3%.â‘¢Degradation is improved and increased with microorganism-treatment such as DM,OM and NDF of corn straw and caragana;â‘£The microorganism-treatment effect of enzyme is better than bacterium and 1.5g enzyme,65% water is best way to economy as well as improve the utilization ratio of forage in the test and it is worth spreading in delay grazing zone.
