This study in the predecessors on the basis of existing research results, using maizestraw resources in HeXi corridor region, of straw processing, and the modulation into strawpellet feed and straw fine coarse particle type two kinds of straw feed grain feed, based onthe research of the granulating process part parameters, and then in the groups of mixed beefcattle breeding in the process of feeding trials, slaughtering experiment, ruminant behaviorobservation, blood biochemical indicators of measurement and the determination of rumenorganization structure change, the type of two kinds of straw pellet feed forage value wasevaluated, through the analysis, get the following conclusion:(1)Using uniform design-partial least-squares regression model can betterrepresentative results have been obtained at the same time reduce the testing work, improvethe efficiency of test; In granulating machine itself under the constant performance, feedformula, granularity, conditioning and cooling and drying time are type of straw pellet feedproduct quality index has certain influence; Each optimization of machining parameters are:straw pellet feed groups: granulating moisture16.63%,5mm straw crushing particle size,binder added0.58%, dry cooling time of15.74min; Straw fine coarse particle feed groups:granulating moisture15.20%,5mm straw crushing particle size, binder added0.53%, drycooling time of18.60min.(2) To graining processing alone or in combination with concentrated feed corn stoverunregular granule can improve beef cattle daily gain and feed conversion rate, and the mixstraw and concentrate made from straw fine coarse particle feed feeding cattle feedconversion rate, better than straw granulating directly. Results show that corn straw forgraining processing directly or with concentrate unregular granule can improve theefficiency of its use in beef cattle fattening; Feeding type two kinds of straw feed particles toimprove the beef carcass weight, slaughter rate and eye muscle area index has good effect, atthe same time have a positive role on the improvement of the degree of meat is tender, andthe tenderness, improving ways, feeding straw fine coarse particle feed group is superior tofeeding straw pellet feed group, but the straw graining effects on meat conventional nutrientswas not significant (P>0.05);(3) The feeding type two kinds of straw particles will reduce the beef cattle feedinglength, ruminant feed length and each food group chewing time, which, compared withdirect feeding crush straw set of beef cattle feeding length and each chew food group issignificantly lower (P <0.05); Feeding type two kinds of straw pellet feed and feeding the crushed straw group of beef cattle on the CP, ADF, Ca and P nutrients apparent digestibilityof influence was not significant (P>0.05), but the apparent digestibility of NDF, strawparticles with crushing straw group significant difference (P <0.05); Feeding type two kindsof straw pellet feed and crushing straw for beef pH in the rumen, VFA and NH3-N withoutadverse effect; Feeding type two kinds of straw pellet feed and crushing straw arepropagated, TP, GLB, TG and CHO blood routine biochemical index had no significantinfluence (P>0.05), but the serum BUN straw fine coarse particle groups with significantdifference between the crushed straw (P=0.032<0.05), the content of serum BUN withgrain protein level may have certain positive correlation;(4) Straw for processing and granulating can affect different parts of beef cattle rumennipple length, width and the number of units nipple changes, but processing granulating isnot the only factors; Feeding type processing after granulating of maize straw feed, canreduce the rumen nipple corneous layer thickness, but different parts of rumen nipplegranular layer, the influence of stratum spinosum and base layer thickness, no obviousregularity.According to the test results of comprehensive evaluation: straw granulating alone ormixed concentrate pelletizing can significantly improve the performance of beef cattlefattening production and had no adverse effect on beef cattle normal physiology.
