| Used double-low spring rape QingYou 46 as experimental stuff, the regulation of the effect of density and fertilizer factors on the photosynthesis, the mineral nutrition physiology, the yield and the quality of double low spring rape was researched. The result revealed that the photosynthetic rate would be promoted and the blooming functional period would be extended if we increased the fertilizing amount of nitrogen and phosphorus or reduced the density of spring rape in a certain range. Increasing applying amount of nitrogen and phosphorus were good for promoting the LAI and LAD; the dynamic of Chl(a+b) content was a peak form along with the increasing of density and fertilization,applying phosphorus was propitious to promote Chl(a+b) content. Increasing the applying amount of nitrogen and phosphorus could all promoted nitrogen and phosphorus content in plants and total dry matter weight per unit area.Quadratic polynomial regression models were established based on experiments in tow years, those models were established based on the relation between densities, nitrogen applied amount, phosphorus applied amount and the yield, oil content, oil yield of double-low spring rape. The result of notable test revealed that those models were simulated perfectly with realistic result, and those models reflected the relation of experiment factors and yield very well. Through parsing those models, Different density, nitrogen and phosphorus levels had observably effect on the yield ,oil content and the oil yield of double low spring rape. There was interaction among density, nitrogen amount and phosphorus amount. The result of finding optimization through computer showed the optimizing cultivation project for 160-kilogram grain yield per 667 m2 and 60-kilogram oil yield per 667 m2 in local region: the reasonable density and the fertilizing amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in rape growth of local area respectively were 20 to 30 thousands plants per 667m2, 7kg/667m2 and 6-9kg/667m2. |
