In this study,nitrogen,phosphorus,and potassium were used as experimental factors in2016-2017,and the"3414"fertilizer design program was adopted.The mathematical model was fitted by regression analysis,and the three factors of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium,and boron were determined to be low.The effects of physiological indices such as dry matter accumulation,N,P,K,B nutrient uptake,yield and quality on spring rape,and suitable for the development of low rapeseed rape with partial derivative method,and high yield and quality nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and boron were obtained.The application scope of fertilizers provided theoretical basis and technical guidance for the production of double low spring rape in the dry farming area in central Inner Mongolia.The main results are as follows:(1)The objective function for the objective function of dry matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium accumulation,grain yield and quality indicators of double low spring rapeseeds was used to simulate the mathematical model of N,P and K ternary secondary fertilizers.The regression results reached significant or extremely significant levels.Model prediction is valid.The dry matter weight and accumulation of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in oilseed rape were positively correlated with their oil content and yield,and increased with the progress of the birth process.Phosphorus accumulation had a greater effect on rapeseed yield and oil content than nitrogen and potassium.Full nitrogen accumulation in the early growth stage and adequate potassium accumulation in the middle and later stages had a good effect on rapeseed yield and oil content.There was a significant positive correlation between dry matter accumulation,boron accumulation in each organ,oil content,and grain yield at each stage of rape,and the related degree decreased with the progress of the birth process.The amount of boron accumulated in the leaves of the bolting stage,the stems of the full flowering stage and the fruit of the green ripe stage had a great influence on the yield and oil content of the rapeseed.(2)Applying nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizers had a positive effect on dry matter accumulation,N,P and K nutrient accumulation,yield and quality of double low spring rape,but they were significantly different in different growth periods.Among them,nitrogen fertilizer has a greater impact on dry matter accumulation,N,P and K nutrient accumulation and yield during the whole growth period.Phosphorus and potassium fertilizers have different effects at different growth stages.The order of N,P and K fertilization rates on dry matter accumulation of spring rapeseed in the green mature stage was nitrogen>phosphorus>potassium;nitrogen had the greatest impact on nitrogen and phosphorus accumulation,followed by phosphorus and potassium;nitrogen,phosphorus,The order of the influence of potassium on potassium accumulation was order of nitrogen>potassium>phosphorus;the order of effect on grain yield,oil content,and protein content was nitrogen>phosphorus>potassium,potassium>nitrogen>phosphorus,nitrogen>phosphorus>potassium;The erucic acid content is potassium>phosphorus>nitrogen.The effect of nitrogen fertilizer on erucic acid was negative,and phosphorus and potassium fertilizers were positive effects.(3)Appropriate application of boron fertilizer had a significant effect on dry matter accumulation,NPK uptake,grain yield and quality in the organs of double low spring oilseed rape.All indicators showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing with the increase of boron application amount,and the highest when boron application amount was22.5 kg/hm~2.(4)In the production of double low spring rape in the dryland area of central Inner Mongolia,the combined application rates of nitrogen,phosphorus and potash fertilizers were 138.38~183.15kg/hm~2,112.88~149.18kg/hm~2,111.15~143.40kg/hm~2respectively,which was beneficial to obtain high grain yield;(Pure boron?15%)is 19.96 kg/hm~2~21.34kg/hm~2,which is favorable for obtaining high-yield and high-oil.
