The proliferation of JXO1 was determined in interaction between pathogen and the produce system of H2O2(glucose/glucose oxidase). It was detected that it was not relative between the proliferation of JXO1 and the concentration of G/GO and the threshold was exsited. Keeping the concentration of glucose of G/GO systems, effect to restrain the proliferation of JXO1 by the G/GO system concerning 0.1U/ml GO was not obvious; contrarily, the G/GO system concerning 0.2U/ml GO restrained grown of jxo1 completely. The trend of produce from these G/GO systems is similar and they were in the range of 10-4 -10-3. To analyse the calatase of JXO1 interacted with the G/GO systems, it is showed that only catB,srpA is up-regulated. Express of these genes was happened in the beginning period of the interaction, and induced by low concentration of H2O2. All the catalase genes of JXO1 did not induce by glucose.Concentration of H2O2 incereased in the interaction between JXO1 and the suspend cell culture of rice, and kept unconverted in 4h-8h after interaction, and went up to the miximum, then began to decline; simultaneously, most catalase gene transcripted largely and quantity of transcripte produce was more in 6h than one in 1h. Added CAT in the interaction system, concerning H2O2 in the systems was low and kept steady all the period; at the same time, all the genes were up-regulated and the level of genes transcription was lower than in the normal system except srpA.The study also validated that 16S RNA existed in rice and was the induced type. GDPs could not eliminate the effect of plant genes to quantify the genes of pathogen.
