China is a big agricultural country,and have great crop straws resource .Because the straw is make up of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignose,and it is hard to break down by microbe,so when the straws are taken into the farmland,it always need a long time to decompose and cannot be the right season fertilizer.The first problem is to solve the cellulose's hydrolysis.So to promate the soil enzymatic hydrolysis has a great earthy meaning.According to the enzyme's single character and the high hydrolysis rate,if we put out-cellulose enzyme into the filed ,we can solve these problem possibily.This paper recearched the soil native enzymatic hydrolysis and the cellulose enzyme activity added by out-cellulose enzyme,solved the problem of cellulose hydrolysis and afforded sciecce evidence.The main recearch result are as follows:1.When based on the substrates of CMC-Na, the out-cellulose enzyme can promate the soil native enzymatic hydrolysis under the certain tempreture and pH. The enmytic hydrolysis of treatments with enmyze and without enmyze all have the significance difference compared with CK (p <0.01) .The most suitable soil cellulose hydrolysis environment is under 47℃, pH 4.5.2.When based on the substrates of corn straws, the out-cellulose enzyme can promate the soil native enzymatic hydrolysis under the certain tempreture and pH. The enmytic hydrolysis of treatments with enmyze and without enmyze all have the significance difference compared with CK (p <0.01) at 27℃except at the 10th day, when have the distinct difference compared with CK(p<0.05). The enmytic hydrolysis of treatments with enmyze and without enmyze all have the significance difference compared with CK (p <0.01) at 37℃except at the 10th day with pH4.5 and the 2ed,4th,8th day with pH 6.5,when have difference compared with CK(p<0.05). The enmytic hydrolysis of treatments with enmyze and without enmyze all have the significance difference compared with CK (p <0.01) at 47℃except at the 2nd,8th,10th day with pH5.5 and the 10th day with pH 6.5,when have difference compared with CK(p<0.05).The most suitable environment soil cellulose hydrolysis with out-cellulose enzyme is under 47℃, pH 4.5.The most suitable environment soil cellulose hydrolysis without out-cellulose enzyme is under 47℃, pH 5.5.3. When based on the substrates of corn straws, the out-cellulose enzyme can promate the soil native enzymatic hydrolysis under the certain tempreture and pH.
