The Study Of Preservation Effect Of Wild Siris's Extract On Wood

This study takes heartwood and the bark of Wild Siris (Maackia amurensis Rupr.et.Maxim.) as the raw material, carries on the extract with the solvent such as ether, chloroform,acetone, methyl alcohol and water. Then make the extracts liquid into the different density steps degree, measure its bacteria inhibition effect on White rot fungus (Coriolus versicolor), Brown rot fumgus(Gloeophyllum trabeum), Mould (Paecilomyces variot Bainier)] and Soft rot fungus (Chaetomium globosum ) with filtering paper and wood block microorganism cultivation method. We have found there is strong restrain effect of Wild Siris heartwood extract with in methyl alcohol or with in acetone on Coriolus versicolor, soft rot fungus and Penicillium;there is soft restrain effect of Wild Siris bark extract with in water on soft rot fungus and Penicillium. We select the extract of Wild Siris heartwood with in methyl alcohol and ACC, dissolve them leave each other with the concentration solution 2%,4%,6%,8% ,10% of extract and 2%,6%,10% of ACC. We take the wood block dip in the solutions, then cultivate them with microorganism through three months. We have detected them by the method of wheightlessness. As a result have shown:the extract of Wild Siris heartwood with in methyl alcohol can obtain I grade antisepsis to Penicillium and Soft rot fungus with the concentration solution of 2% and to Coriolus versicolor upwards 4%;can obtain IIIgrade antisepsis to Gloeophyllum trabeum with the concentration solution thereinafter 10%.We have observed the fungi growth state inside of the wood block by SEM. We have found :(l)There is configuration alter of a part of cell wall wich dip in ACC, the reasen is unknown now;(2)The hygha growth bloom in vessel cell but in wood fiber cell there is no hygha, there is spore growth there;(3)Whether antiseptic or fungi the best path of into wood blook is vessel and pit.The GC-MS have been used detecting the chemical constituent and the structure of the extracts of two raw materials, there are 26 entries compound have been confirmed in Wild Siris extract.We have validated that the toxicity of Wild Siris's extract is below than ACC's toxicity to environment by the experiment of fishes half death.
