In this paper we used theTagetes erecta, Ajania achilloides and ginkgo as the experimental materials, the active chemical components from the materials were extracted, separated and purified, and we conducted research on the pine wood nematode(PWN)toxicity test. In field experimental tests we did research on the lure of Monochamus alternatus and the prevention and treatment of PWN. The main results were as follows:1. Five crude extract of PWN toxicity test showed that: crude ethanol extract of the marigold roots, stems, flowers had a high effect on the toxicity of PWN. Crude ethanol extract of the root had the highest toxicity.2. Three ethanol extraction of crude extract were extracted with the liquid - liquid partition method, by toxicity bioassay of PWN, petroleum ether extracts of the root crude ethanol extracts had the highest toxicity to PWN.3. Further separation and purification of petroleum ether extract and chloroform extract were conducted by silica gel column chromatography method,135 fractions were separated.after TLC plate test and 24 components were collected at last. Three components have higher toxicity.4. The marigold roots of the petroleum extract in the concentration of 0.1g/L damage and influence on infective rate on isolated branches of black pine has a better effect than the control group (p<0.05).5. The lure-woods under application of paraquat have a role in trapping Monochamus alternatus Hope, and a large number of the infected pine show up around them; lure-woods by filling pesticdes has the inhibiting capacity to larvae of Monochamus alternatus; The larvae brings serious harm on the sector, which is located in the 2m to 4m of trunks in Pinus thunbergii Parl;It is appears to be inverse relationship between number of cutting and DBH (diameter at breast height) of pine. The number of cutting and infecting rate of pine decreased with increasing DHB of pine. The Pinus thunbergii Parl which gets the abamectin has protective effect on PWN.
