At present some test methods such as gas chromatography, liquid chromatography, mass spectrum are widespread or partially applied in the pesticide residue test. Although these methods are already mature, they are extremely tedious to the processes of samples, moreover they have destructiveness to the samples. If the non- destructive direct test can be carried on the vegetables surface with pesticide residue, that will be extremely ideal and practical. According to the present domestic and foreign pesticide residue test research, the spectral analysis technology and image processing are carried on the test, and they resolve some question what was said above and build the foundation for the further research. Some contents as follows are included in this article:1. Finding the difference between several kinds of typical normal samples and pesticide samples by using of the spectral analysis technology including gathering fluorescence image, data analysis and so on.2. In order to complete well data analysis, the corresponding software with VC6.0 is finished, which can meet our needs.3. Changes of pesticide residual along with time changes from spectrum angles analysis.4. Reasonable processing way is found in this article according to some kinds of processing ways of pesticide residue.The findings indicated that, this test method is convenient, fast, and it has the non- destructiveness to the sample surface, mean while it has met the practical requirements to certain typical samples measuring.
