Current Status Of Pesticide Usage In Vegetables In Wenzhou,Problems Of Remnant Pesticide And Its Solution

As the sustained development of China's comprehensive national strength and the escalation of people's living standard,the food safety is more and more valued by people.Vegetable is one of the most important varieties in people's daily diet,pesticide residues directly affect the health of consumers,but also affects the income farmers and the competitiveness of China's vegetable in the international market.In recent years,the rapid development of tourism industry in Wenzhou,the growing industry,farmers' income has been improved,and made gratifying achievements.Wenzhou has rich soil,humid climate,suitable temperature so that it's very suitable for the growth of vegetables and other crops.But in the process of vegetable production in Wenzhou,there are some problems such as excessive pesticide residues.In this paper,we through the literature review,interview and questionnaire survey of the pesticide purchase,pesticide using and related knowledge of vegetable growers to understand the basic situation of vegetable production in different counties and towns in Wenzhou,and analysis and tease out the current situation of pesticide residues and the main causes of prosperity.From the overall situation,the degree of government's attention to the production of vegetable agricultural products enhances constantly in recent years so that the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables improved gradually and farmers' consciousness of scientific use of pesticides is also constantly upgrading,but there are also some problems to be solved urgently.Firstly,in the production processes of vegetables,farmers scientific use of pesticides consciousness is not strong,pollution-free base develops slowly and the standardized production system is not perfect.Secondly,in the agricultural technology promotion,there is a lag of institutional restructuring,lack of investment funds,the talent team is not strong,the development of agricultural technology market is slow,and so on.Thirdly,the establishment of pesticide residues detection system of vegetables and the management of pesticide market also needs to be strengthened.Finally,the government administration department also need to resolve the improvement of the policy system,the sound safety supervision system,and other issues about the pesticide residues of vegetables.Through research,this paper puts forward the following four aspects of countermeasures according to the production practice of vegetable agricultural products in Wenzhou and draws lessons from the domestic and foreign advanced experience.We should Strictly control the production of vegetable agricultural products,effectively promote the construction of Agricultural Technology Extension System,continuously improve the quality and safety of vegetable agricultural products detection system and give full play to the positive role of the government inthe protection and supervision so that promote the construction of pesticide residue control system for vegetables.Only in this way we can improve the quality and safety and realize the sustainable development of vegetable agricultural products industry in Wenzhou.
