With the purpose to explore the effect of Xinjiang floating dust-fall on the main crop growth,physiology and biochemistry,yield and quality,during the jointing and flowering stage of winter wheat ,Xinjiang floating dust and silicon oxide were spraed on the wheat leaves ,Using pot experiment,the effect of Xinjiang floating dust and silicon oxide on anatomical structure ,physiology and biochemistry,yield and quality of winter wheat were studied.The main results were as follows:The Xinjiang floating dust-fall caused the winter wheat leaf upper epidermis stoma density to significantly decrease. The Xinjiang floating dust treatment of leaf structure characteristic was changed:The mesophy cell from multi-linked cell to rectangular form, chloroplast number was decreased, mesophyll cells without peaks, dales, mesophyll cells arranged closely, cell gap was become significant smaller;The silicon oxide treatment of leaf structure characteristic was also changed: The mesophy cell from multi-linked cell to ring form, chloroplast number was decreased, but the influence was less than the Xinjiang floating dust,and the volume of mesophyll cell was became remarkable bigger.The Xinjiang floating dust and the silicon dioxide caused high temperature stress on winter wheat ,the proline content accumulated, increased the wheat cell membrane penetrability, destroyed the winter wheat own governing system, the MDA content significantly increased, decreased the leaf blade chlorophyll content, accelerated process of lipid peroxidation,and damaged membrane protective system. It decreased the photosynthesis, the main effect fact was not the stomatal limit. Falling dust had no significant difference in winter wheat's stem soluble sugar content at these two stages. The silicon dioxide had significant effect on the winter wheat's leaf soluble sugar content, the starch content and the stem starch content both at the jointing stage and the flowering stage, the Xinjiang floating dust had no significant difference.
