The contradiction between water supply and requirement of west semi-arid region is serious. And exploitation of regenerative water resource and reclamation of wastewater are important outlets of resolving water crisis at present for human. Wastewater irrigation is a reasonable reclamation approach. It is not only finding a second water resource though improving wastewater handling ability but also making full use of water and fertility resource of wastewater to supply plants nutrition and enhancing ecological efficiency and society economy efficiency. So reasonably using rarity water resource and repeatedly using city wasterwater has important meaning to the sustainable development of Xinjiang economy.The park and garden construction of Yamalike mountain in Urumqi is the model projects to demonstrate the resume ecological environment in Xinjiang. It is for the first time to use wastewater irrigating barren mountain for virescence. Selecting representative wastewater irrigating region in arid region in this paper,by adopting a Geostatistic method with the GIS software as an aid, the author mainly researched the space variation rules of 10 soil fertility elements in wastewater irrigating region of Yamalike mountain such as the organic composition, nitrogen, phosphor and kalium,…etc. The theoretical model of variation functions can achieve a distribution figure for different soil fertility elements and provide a panorama for the fertility and sterility of the soil by adopting a normal Kriging method for the optimum interpolation and portraying a space distribution pattern for various of soil fertility indexes.The influenced mechanism to ecological environment by wastewater irrigation and technological model of wastewater irrigation will be put forward in the paper.
