24 hybrid rice combinations dividing two groups of late season and early season were tested to research the relationship between the change of rice quality and weather factors on the 11 different ecological regions of Guizhou province in 2004. The results showed that it was best changed and reached the significance level to the head rice rate, amylose content protein content,chalky rice rate and chalkiness degree for a same variety on the different ecological regions. The data between the meteorological factor and rice quality was analysed by the partial correlation analysis. The results showed that it was influenced significantly by the mean temperature to rice quality for 3 factors of the mean temperature, sunshine time and rainfall of daily and it was less influenced by the mean temperature to other two factors during the period of rice filling. It was changed significantly by the different harvest stage of a same variety to the rates of milling rice, head rice and protein content. It was best harvest time for rice getting high quality to the rice just maturity. It was the best rice filling stage to weather at the daily mean temperature of 21-24.5 ℃. It was best grain quality to rice sowing from the end of March to the begging of April at the areas of Zunyi, Changshun and Guiyang of 11 ecological regions in Guizhou province...
