The Response Difference For Increasing The Temperature And Light And Adding Nitrogen In Different Hybrid Rice During Senescence Of Grain Filling Stage

In this experiment Cliangyou396, Shanyou63, and Zhongyou838, Longping601hybrid rice combinations were selected as the experimental materials. Warming and lighting stress were tested to them in filling stage, at the same time a certain amount of N fertilizer were applied. Then we discussed the influence on bonded tendons of race in filling stage, and the physiological response and the metabolism of carbon and nitrogen compounds of leaf and root. The results showed that:Among the combination, the response of the grouting and fructification to stress and adding N showed differences. Cliangyou396, Shanyou63had a high filling rate and a short grouting active period, and were weakly influenced by Warming and lighting stress, while Longping601and Zhongyou838showed an opposite law. The active period of grouting could be extended by increasing the N fertilization in the later stage. Under stress Longping601seed-setting rate Reduce13.3%, while Cliangyou396, Zhongyou838, Shanyou63increased5.3%、1.6%and2.3%, Stress made a lower grain weight, the seed-setting rate and grain weight were on the rise after increasing N. In natural temperature and light conditions,zhongyou838, Longping601showed a better yield, but compared with Cliangyou396and Shanyou63, they were more sensitive to stress. Increaseing N fertilizer could increase production.Under the stress the efficient leaf area index and photosynthetic function lowered, and it could be improved by applied N in the late period, Shanyou63, Zhongyou838were most sensitive to T and T+N. The chla+b content and droop rate of Cliangyou396and Shanyou63were high at the heading date, the content of chla+b of Zhongyou838and Longping601were more sensitive in response to stress compared with Cliangyou396and Shanyou63. The chla+b contents could be increased by applying more N. compared with other varieties the sword leaves’Pn of Shanyou63was more sensitive to T and T+N. The sword leaves’Rubisco activity of all cultivars were sensitive to T and T+N, among which Longping-601was the most sensitive. The root bleeding rate of Cliangyou396, Zhongyou838, Longping601lowered, but Shanyou63increased because of stress. The root bleeding rate of all varieties had rised by increasing N fertilizer in the late stage.Under the conditions of stress and adding N, the antioxidant protection enzyme activity and MDA conten of sword leaves and roots of different combination showed different. Under the conditions of stress, the POD, AsA-POD, CAT、SOD activity of leaves and roof reduced,unless Longping601leaves ascorbic acid perocidase(AsA-POD) and Zhongyou838leaves CAT outside were increased; MDA content of leaves and loof increased gradually;CAT activity decreased and MDA content increased gradually. Increasing N in the late period could alleviate the influence on sword leaf and root. In normal cultivating conditions,POD activity of the leaves at first then reduced18d after heading,POD activity of the root gradually reduced; SOD activity of the leaves reacj the highest after heading18d,after gradually reduce, SOD activity of the root reach the highest after heading12d,after gradually reduce; MDA content of the leaves gradually reduced, MDA content of root increased at first then reduced18d or24d after heading. the Senescence of roots came earlier than that of leaves.Under the conditions of stress and adding N, the carbon nitrogen index of sword leaves and roots of different combination performance uneven. Stress made GDH activity of flag leaf increased, while adding N did not reduce it. Total N content in leaf and root of Cliangyou396were higher than that of other species, and it decreased after adding warming and lighting stress, Longping601was the most sensitive, increasing N could increase the total N content in leaf and root. Under stress, As of leaf and root decreased, in leaves Shanyou63was the most sensitive, and in root Cliangyou396was the most sensitive, increasing N increased the As content in the leaf and root. stress made the root free amino acid content increased significantly, and adding N made it decreased.Stress made the starch content of the leaves of Longping601, Shanyou63, Zhongyou838reduced, but Cliangyou396Increase, and in root starch content reduced first and then increased. soluble sugar content of leaf increased first and then decreased in the late, soluble sugar content of root had the same trend. Under stress soluble sugar content of leaf increased first and then decreased, while in root of Zhongyou838and Longping601increased, Cliangyou396decreased first and then increased, Shanyou63was different with Cliangyou396.
