Rice blast is one of the most serious diseases on rice. Chemosyn-thetic pesticide has been chiefly applied at present. Yet, rice blast has produced resistance to common pesticide. Moreover, most of chemosynthetic pesticides contain massive organic solvent, and the environment contamination in resulted. Botanical pesticide is an important devlopment direction due to its characteristics of environmentally compatibile, high activite, safe and to produce resistance, and is developmental direction in the future. In this paper, natural product LC was formulatede to ME based on water, which is the process energy saving, environmental protection and ecology.1. Based on the natural product LC , and guided by the ME structural theory, a formulation of 30%LC-1-a ME 30%LC-1-b ME and 35%LC-l-c ME were successfully formulated. The dispersion should remain clear and free of precipitation at the temperature range of -10℃~55℃. The composition should be a single phase and transparent liquid by the naked eye and it dissolves in water at any proportion. It should substratificate after heat storage and recover the original phase at room temperature; the sample has no crystal, muddiness and deposition after one year storage at room temperature. The indexes of three formulations are all in accordance with the ME product standard.2.bioassay of LC micro-emulsion(ME) pyricularia oryzae cav. indicated that the ME of LC-1 has evident biological activity on rice blast.
