Experiment Ⅰ, 36 healthy dairy cows whose milking days are 90-150,hypo-padding are 2-5, LW are similar were selected, and divided into four groups (P>0.05) according to Complete Random Design. Each group received one treatment,group1 was control group, group 1,2 and 3 supplemented rapeseed, rape oil and fatty acid calcium respectively 。 After 30days experimentation, the results shown the daily milk yield, FCM yield of group 1,group2 and group3 enhanced 0.88 (p<0.05), 0.31(p>0.05), 0.31(p>0.05), 0.70(p<0.05) kg/h/d and 3.42(p<0.05), 3.4(p<0.05), 5.11(p<0.05). No significant difference fund Between all groups' DMI and FCR; groupl profited extract 1.08 Yuan kg/h/d, group2 lost 0.06 Yuan, group3 lost 0.14 Yuan kg/h/d; the composition of milk Zn increased 66.7%(p<0.05); the composition of milk Ca decreased (p<0.05), that of group3 shown an increased tendency, but no significant difference fund (p>0.05). The milk Mg composition of group 1,group2 and group3 shown an increased tendency, but no significant difference fund (p>0.05); the milk protein and SNF compositions of group 1,group2 and group3 shown an increased tendency, but no significant difference fund (p>0.05); there is no any effect on the milk fat composition. Summed up, supplementations of rapeseed, rape oil, and fatty acid calcium increased milk yield, especially that of rapeseed is the best one.Experiment Ⅱ, Selecting 12 Holstein dairy cows that postpartum 1-20 days, milk yield more than 15kg/d according to Complete Random Design, stratify random balance into 2 groups (p>0.05), one is control group, the other supplemented fatty acid calcium 200g/head/d. The experiment was lasted for 30d and the results shown, milk yield increased 1.17kg(5.76%,P>0.05), FCM yield increased 10.59%(20.56:18.59 p<0.05); DMI decreased 1.7%(11.87:12.08 P>0.05). milk fat, lactose ,and SNF increased 8.16%, 6.71% 1.98% individually (P>0.05) .Supplementation of 200g/h/d fatty acid calcium profited 1.02yuan/h/d. Supplementation of fatty acid calcium for Holstein dairy cows decreased C4- C17 fatty acids compositions, at the same time increased CLA compositions, especial amount of per gram milk fat for (C9, T11), (t10. c12) increased 767.27%...
