Excepting the Holstein cows,Buffalo cows and Jersey cows,which presenting a highly adaptive ability on the climate and circumstance in southern China,were the primary milks producer in GuangXi province.However,there were limited reports about the milk amino acid composition and milk fatty acid composition.This research was performed to get the data of the production performance of several buffalo cows and Jersey cows,and the amino acid composition and fatty acid composition of their milk.In this research,we selected total 233 cows of Murrah buffalo,Nili-Rafi buffalo,Jersey cows and 3xHybrid progeny(MurraH×Nili-Rafi×Native buffalo)with healthy body stage,performed the data comparative studies in the production performance,the amino acid composition and fatty acid composition of their milk,of different cows,different parities(first to forth),different lactating stages.On the production performance,Murrah,Nili-Rafi,Jersey and 3xHybrid progeny presented a similar capability,without a significant difference on their daily milk yield and 4%standard milk yield(P>0.05);the daily milk yield were significantly influenced by different lactating stage(P<0.05).In several tested cow breeds,the highest milk yield appeared in the third parity,middle lactating stage 3xHybrid progeny with a production of 12.17kg/d.In the first and second parity,significant differences were found among different breeds on milk protein,milk lipid,lactose,and Total solids(P<0.01).These difference of conventional milk composition turned into a stable tendency on 3rd and 4th parity,without a significant difference(P>0.05).Different lactating stages presented an extremely significant influence only on the milk protein in the 1st and 2nd parity(P<0.01).In addition,the conventional milk composition of Jersey cows were the lowest compared with the tested buffalos.On the milk amino acid,in the 1st and 2nd parity of Murrah,Nili-Rafi,Jersey and 3xHybrid progeny,a high proportion of 18 kinds of tested amino acid presented an extremely significant difference(P<0.01),while a low proportion of tested amino acid presented a significant difference in the 3rd and 4th parity.Different lactating stages presented different influence effect on different parity.In the first parity,different lactating stages only extreme significantly influence the Cys content and proportion(P<0.01).In the second parity,different lactating stages extreme significantly influence the content and proportion of several EAA as Met,Val,Lys,lie,Phe,Leu,Thr,and also the total content of EAA(P<0.01),and significantly influence the content and proportion of several NEAA as Ser,Glu,Pro,Gly,Ala,His,Arg and the total content of NEAA(P<0.01).In the third parity,different lactating stages only extreme significantly influence in the Trp,Ser,Ala(P<0.01).In the fourth actating stages,there were not a significant difference in milk amino acids(P>0.05).Besides,the content of EAA and TAA did not presenting a significant difference in different parity.These results indicated the stable quality in the amino acid level of buffalo milk.In addition,Murrah buffalo presenting the highest total content of EAA in different parities among the several tested buffalo breeds and Jersey cows,as 2.06,2.19,2.44,2.11;g/100g,respectively,while the Jersey presenting the lowest total content of EAA and TAA as 1.36,1.17,1.62,1.61;g/100g and 3.29,2.82,3.93,3.91;g/100g,respectively.On the milk fatty acid,among the Murrah buffalo,Nili-Rafi buffalo,Jersey and 3xHybrid progeny buffalo,fourth pairty 3xHybrid progeny was presenting the highest content on the unsaturated fatty acid(including C18:3n3?C20:5n3?C22:6n3)while the Jersey presenting the lowest.We found there was a tendency as the content and proportion of fatty acid was tending to be stable from the first to forth parity,in addition,total content of fatty acid was lowest in the first lactating stage.As what we had researched in the milk of production performance,the milk quality of buffalo cows and Jersey cow after they adapting the environment and climate in Guangxi,we clearly describe the variation of the quality and nutritional composition in milk.This data we got and the tendency we found hold a promise for the dairy industry in southern China,and provide the reliable basis and knowledge of buffalo milk nutrition composition and variation in different condition for the researcher,and also for the dairy products processing,buffalo farm management,production and trade activity.
