Silicon calcium magnesium fertilizer is a kind of high purity, multi-functional, environment-friendly citrate soluble mineral fertilizers. It can be dissolved in acid, insoluble in water, slightly alkaline or neutral. Usually higher silicon and calcium content in fertilizers, there are some other trace elements known as the Silicon, calcium and magnesium fertilizers.This paper closely around magnesium slag silicon calcium magnesium fertilizer on the preparation and application of it. In order to achieve of magnesium slag treasure of pollutants at the same time, to contribute to the sustainable development of agriculture in China.First of all, by the means of thermogravimetric analysis and differential thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X diffraction experiment to analysis the main chemical components and mineral composition of magnesium slag. And then the activation effect of magnesium slag for further research, which is the orthogonal experiment, the magnesium slag Calcium magnesium silicon fertilizer production process conditions such as calcining temperature, magnesium slag grain size,additives mixed with proportion, calcining time.That results show that the best calcined time and size are2h and60mu. The best ratio is magnesium slag:CaC03:KOH:K2C03=1:0.5:0.05:0.09;750℃is the best temperature to activate the magnesium slag.According to the above the best process to make fertilizer, in which effectively silicon content of up to20.34%, the moisture content is0.89%, and the fineness85%through60goals must screen, can reach the requirements of the state of fertilizer.Magnesium slag rich in calcium, magnesium and other elements, as well as the beneficial elements in silicon, and the elements are citric soluble form characteristics, by adding certain accessories, is generated by elements consisting mainly of new type mineral fertilizer calcium magnesium silicon fertilizer. the beneficial trace elements (Na, Fe, Mn, Al) and heavy metals elements (Cr, Cd, Hg, Pb) content of the magnesium slag were studied, so as to investigate the feasibility of magnesium slag for producing fertilizer. The resualts indicated that harmful trace element content of magnesium slag is very low, and are lower than the limits demanded in national Standard "GB8173—87"of fertilizer for Cd and Pb contents requirements, It do not endanger the health of human beings through the food chain, more not to bring a negative impact on the environment. Therefore, the producing and using the Calcium magnesium silicon fertilizer from magnesium slag was feasible.In Addition, of magnesium slag The useful trace elements contents of magnesium slag is greater difference and uneven distribution.but it will not cause damage to the plants.When fertilizer was produced, the useful elements should be reasonably added according to the different soil conditions, in order to Control them at a reasonablevalue.The effects of the calcium magnesium silicon fertilizer on the soils were finally studied in this thesis. Research shows that the application of silicon fertilizer would cause the soil alkalinity little scope to rise, but not bring alkalization of soil. And promote the growing of the crops, enhance the output.
