Rhododendron delavayi Franch is an important constructive and dominant species of evergreen and broadleaf forest in Bali Azalea Forest Park. Based on field survey, the structure and distribution patterns of Rhododendron delavayi population are studied in the paper, the results show that the distribution pattern of Rhododendron delavayi populations is mainly aggregated pattern, but as ages increasing ,the intensive interspecies and between species competition make the individuals decrease and the distribution pattern become the random one . Rhododendron delavayi populations in various communities could be decayed or stable ones. Especially the shortage of the sexual regeneration of Rhododendron delavayi making the populations become an incomplete populations. We may use artificial intervention methods to improve the population s smooth regeneration and stabilize in order to maintain It s sustainable development.The effects of litter layer and forest soil on the water source conservation are studied when the hydrological effects of by investigating and analyzing the forest soil and litter layer in the R delavayi forest are analysed in Bailidujuan Pudi town in Dafang county, Guizhou. The resultsshow that the maximum water holding capacity of the undecomposed litter in R. delavayi forest is 260% of its dry weight, the maximum water holding capacity of the half- undecomposed litter in R. delavayi forest is 283% of its dry weight And the equation of the water absorption speed of in the litter layer and the immersing time is Y=ktn. Comparison with the soil that is no forest ,the soil of Rhododendron delavayi holding capacity and aperture are good. It is good for soil and water conservation in the district and Rhododendron delavayi growth.Rhododendron delavayi seeds were germinated under the conditions of different treatments By statistical analysis, the results showed that different treatments have extraordinary conspicuous effect for Rhododendron delavayi seeds germination when they were put in the conditions that have ample light and varying temperature between of 15℃23℃. Especially 10%H2SO4 10%HCL 100% ether and 95% ethanol can increased the percent of seeds germination and germination index. High density acid have somewhat control for the seeds germination.while the seeds that have same treatments under the conditions...
