This paper deals with the key technology and the technological process of the mass rearing of Phytoseiulus persimilis. The study includes the host plant selection, activation study, olfaction temper (olfactory preference), cold store technology and the mass rearing technology of the predatory mite.Host plant selection, white kidney bean (Phaseolus Vulgaris L) is the best plant for rearing leaf mites, with the means of inoculating equal quantity spider mites on every species host plant. In order to study the activity study of P. persimilis, I tested the mites' walking speed on the wire. The result show that light has no effect on the moving speed of the predatory mites. Comparing with three mite stages, female adults have the best moving ability, gravid female adults are second, immatured mite the least. The research on olfactory preference of P. persimilis, to study the sensitivity to different odor of host plant and prey, I studied the olfactory preference with "Y"-tube olfactometer. The research indicates that undamaged bean leaf has better attractability to the leaf mites than the damaged bean leaf. There is no significant difference between the other odors to the leaf mites. Full P. persimilis have the distinct tendency to the damaged bean leaf wiping off leaf mites, the damaged peanut leaf with or without leaf mites The predatory mite haven't distinct tendency to others combination of odor source. There is no obvious response difference of filled or starved predatory mites to the difference odor sourceFollows are the study on the storing of P. persimilis I stored the mites at two temperatures and with three substances. Then I evaluated the impact of the temperature & the substance for storing the mites to research the best storing scheme.
