As a typical predator, the Phytoseiulus persimilis only prey mites. This researchis based on Phytoseiulus persimilis,we focus on the life table of Phytoseiuluspersimilis, functional of Phytoseiulus persimilis to predation of Tetranychusturkestani Ugarov et Nikolski, functional response of P.persimilis to Predation ofT.turkestani,T.truncatctus and T. Cinnabarinus and the influence of the survival rateand fecundity of P. persimilis in Different low temperature.1Life table at different temperature and RH were study in laboratory. Thetemperature significantly influence all the stage of Phytoseiulus persimilis. Within thetest temperature, Increasing temperatures significantly decreased the duration of allstages. Duration of the whole immature phase (egg to adult emergence) decreasedfrom15.4days at15℃to3.1days at30℃. The egg stage was the longest for eachtemperature tested, decreasing from5.9days at15℃t o1.1days at30℃The larvalstage was the shortest, varying from1.5day at15℃to0.4day at30℃. The durationsof the protonymphal and deutonymphal stages were about the same, within eachtemperature tested.2Functional of Phytoseiulus persimilis to predation of Tetranychus turkestani Ugarovet Nikolski: By the observation in room, the experimental results were fitted withHollingⅡ model patter..The purpose of the research on the functional response offemale mite and the deutonymphs of Phytoseiulus persimilis to Predation ofT.turkestani and the functional response of the density of Phytoseiulus persimilis toprovide theoretical and practical basis for the application of Phytoseiuluspersimilis. The results indicated that each temperature all belong to HollingⅡ modelpatter. The result shows that the maximum predation capacity of female mite and thedeutonymphs of Phytoseiulus persimilis are16.13and1.07,the instantaneous attackrates are0.801and0.115. The Predation ability (a/Th value) increase withtemperature arise, the maximum temperature is27℃;The research ofthe functionalresponse of the density of predator, Preying of female Phytoseiulus persimilis to thefemale T.turkestani decreased with the increase of population density of femalePhytoseiulus persimilis. In order to in order to achieve continuous control ofT.turkestani, considered female mite and the deutonymphs of Phytoseiulus persimilispredation ability difference and the functional response of the density of Phytoseiuluspersimilis,we should release with mixed state.3The functional response of Phytoseiulus persimilis to Predation of T.turkestani,T.truncatctus and T. Cinnabarinus: The purpose of the research on the functional response of female mite and the deutonymphs of Phytoseiulus persimilis to Predationof T.turkestani,T.truncatctus and T. Cinnabarinus and the functional response of thedensity of Phytoseiulus persimilis. By the observation in room, the experimentalresults were fitted with HollingⅡ model patter. The results of each temperature allbelong to HollingⅡ model patter. The result shows that the Predacious ability offemale mite more than the deutonymphs; The result shows that the highest attack ratesof female mite of Phytoseiulus persimilis was to T.turkestani is0.665, the lowest wasto T. Cinnabarinus is0.214; The highest Predation ability was to T.turkestani is10.726, the lowest was to T. Cinnabarinus is3.754; The searching efficacy isdecreased with the increase of the density of natural enemy. The functional responseof female mite and the deutonymphs of Phytoseiulus persimilis to Predation ofT.turkestani,T.truncatctus and T. Cinnabarinus all belong to HollingⅡ model patterand the predation capacity is effect by prey density and self-density.4The research of the functional response of the density of predator, Preying of femalePhytoseiulus persimilis to the female T.turkestani decreased with the increase ofpopulation density of female Phytoseiulus persimilis. In order to in order to achievecontinuous control of T.turkestani, considered female mite and the deutonymphs ofPhytoseiulus persimilis predation ability difference and the functional response of thedensity of Phytoseiulus persimilis,we should release with mixed state.5The influence of the survival rate and fecundity of Phytoseiulus persimilis inDifferent low temperature. The research shows that the optimum temperature ofshort-term storage of Phytoseiulus persimilis is6℃to9℃,theoptimum temperatureof long-term storage of Phytoseiulus persimilis is6℃to9℃. After cold storage at0℃and3℃,6℃and9℃for5days,there is no significantly influence of thefecundity. After cold storage at0℃for10days, the fecundity of Phytoseiuluspersimilis is significantly influenced. But there is no significantly influence of thefecundity at3℃,6℃and9℃, the totalfecundity was increased. The fecundity ofPhytoseiulus persimilis is significantly decreased after cold storage at0℃and9℃for15and20days, The fecundity of Phytoseiulus persimilis is a little bit increased aftercold storage at3℃and6℃for15and20days.
