Nowadays wood planted come to be main resources of wood production.The colour of wood planted is bleak . The venation of some wood planted is imperfect. As a result, it is difficult to use as high-grade decoration material directly.Developing high-tech, high-quality way to use the wood planted is the difficult problem to be soluted in current wood industry. Wood dyeing is an effective way to simulating low-quality wood into precious wood. Meanwhile,it is a effective and high-tech way to process low-quality wood specifically fast-growing leafy wood.It can eliminatie the color difference between heart and pin department wood, sooner and later wood.Making the wood has beautiful venation and it is feel good to touch.It can increase the value of wood. Wood dyeing is very complex process. It involve the characteristic of wood, selection of dyestuff, dyestuff penetration in the wood and the combination between dyestuff and wood and so on.The "wood, dyestuff, solvent" should been as a system to research. The infiltration of dyestuff is the base of dyeing. The combination of dyestuff and wood is the ultimate purpose. How the dyestuff infiltrate into wood impact the penetration depth and even sexual dyeing. Although many research about wood permeability has done, but for wood dyestuff penetration in the systematic study is less.This study select acidic, alkaline and neutral three types of dyestuffs for Populus nigra L. and Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy dyeing infiltrate test. We tried to search the dyestuff which match with wood permeability and optimizatied dyeing processes parameters.The fourier infrared spectrometer was used to analyze the elements of wood and dyestuffs. Explore the matching between wood and dyestuff from the view of elements based mission. It is aimed at serving our state modern wood processing technology. It is difficult to overcome fluid infiltration in wood. This article provides new ways to do science research.The results of experiments showed that:(1)There are a lot of the following major functional group in Populus nigra L. andCatalpa bungei C.A.Mcy wood: hydroxy (at the state of conclusion), levonorgestrel, carbony base, and acetal group(ethers base).The Populus nigra L. wood has more O-H, C-Cl, N=O, C-O, C=O, N-H polarity base mission than the Catalpa bungei C.A.Mcy...
