Different concentrations of GA3 were sprayed on leaves of tissue-cultured derived plant Lily at early growth stage (plant height 5cm) and in contrast with bulb plant Lily (plant height 5cm) in the experiment. The Plant growth were both investigated regularly .Some physiological and biochemical , gas exchange and chlorophy II fluorescence characteristics were determined in leaves of tissue-cultured derived plant and bulb plant Lily . Effects of some tissue-cultured derived plant Lily growth situation, physiological and biochemical, photosynthetic characteristics in relation to the flower cut of Lily were analyzed. The main results were as follows:1. GA3 treatments enhanced the growth situation of tissue-cultured derived plant Lily. Compared with the control and bulb plant Lily, to a certain extent all different GA3 treatments...
