| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Tong Mai Si Wu decoction (TMSWD) on retinal vein occlusion (RVO), Qi stagnation blood stasis.Methods:60 patients with RVO Qi stagnation blood stasis.were chosen from Hunan Medical University No.1 Affiliated Hospital of Ophthalmology and out-patient wards and randomly divided into TMSWD group and XFZYD group.Each group containing 30 cases were respectively given TMSWD and XFZYD after diagnosis and followed up 3 courses of treatment.Cure 20 day is one course of treatment.In the two groups vigron,tundus and RCT are respectively expected before and after treatment.Result:1.Both of the two methods have curative effects to RVO Qi stagnation blood stasis and make a difference before and after the treatment from the indexs (p<0.05)2.Compared the clinical effect,The Tong Mai Si Wu decoction was better than the other two group(p<0.05) Conclude:TMSWT can improve vision fundus FFA.which may be related to its effect of improving microcirculation encouraging metabolism and abasing glutionous blood. |
