The Clinical Observation Of Combined Therapy Of Ganyu Xuezhi Type Of Retinal Vein Occlusion With Shugan Jieyu Huoxue Method And Laser Photocoagulation

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of laser treatment combined with Sh ugan Jieyu Huoxue method in the therapy of Ganyu Xuezhi type of retinal vein occlu sion(RVO), Providing a new way to cure and prevent RVO by discussing the mechani sm of this method.Methods:Use the block method of semi-random and single blind to divide61eyes of61patients with RVO into2groups,30diseased eyes of30patients in treatment group were treated with modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Taohong Siwu decoction and laser photocoagulation,31diseased eyes of31patients in control group were treated with only laser photocoagulation. Campare the clinical effects of two groups after three month’s treatment.Result:1. Two sets of vision:The vision improvement time of the therapeutic group was statistically better than the control group (P<0.01);The final vision improvement of the therapeutic group was statistically better than the control group (P<0.01), the effective rate was90.00%in treatment group and83.87%in control group.2. The campared of retina circulation time(RCT):Both the two groups were significant reduced after the therapy (P<0.01); and the shorten time of therapeutic group was statistically more than the one of control group (P<0.01).3. The campared of macular edema:Both the two groups were significant absorbed after the therapy (P<0.01); and therapeutic group was statistically better than the one of control group (P<0.01).4. About the blood absorption, the patients in therapeutic group showed statistically better results than the ones in control group(P<0.01).5. Comparison of two groups neovascularization leakage:No significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).6. The overall effectiveness of therapeutic group (96.67%) was statistically better than the one of the control group (93.55%). Conclusion:This topic studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine combined laser treatment group curative effect is superior to simple laser control group:Vision improved obviously, Retinal hemorrhages and effusion absorbed obviously, Macular edema subsided significantly. Showed that traditional Chinese medicine combined with laser photocoagulation treatment can enhance the effect of the laser treatment of the disease.Because that: Photocoagulation in closed retinal vascular leakage to reduce retinal hemorrhage, edema, exudation and closed without perfusion zones and new blood vessels to relieve retinal oxygen to prevent bleeding again; use traditional Chinese medicine of Shugan Jieyu Huoxue Tongluo efficacy(modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Taohong Siwu decoction) can promote absorption of edema and exudation, improve microcirculation, improve eyesight, but also restore the retina caused by laser treatment of burns to reduce the side effects of laser treatment. Therefore, modified Danzhi Xiaoyao San and Taohong Siwu decoction with laser therapy is a ideal treatment method in schemic RVO (liver depression blood stagnation type).
