Clinical Study On Repairing The Skin Defect Of The Dorsal Skin With Distal Leg Flexion Flap

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of using the frontal distal-forarm venous flap to repair the skin defect of the dorsal fingers and to investigate the living machinism of the venous flap so as to guide the clinical practice.[Methods] From June2011to December2012,37patients who suffered the skin defect of the dorsal fingers and carpals which were from58fingers in data. These were divided into2groups in randomly?, namely:observation group and control group. The patients were given the routine and relative tests so as to analyse and evaluate the operative possibilities, among them, the36fingers of22patients were cured to repair by using the frontal distal-forarm venous flap, meanwhile, the22fingers of15patients were cured to repair by using the Lateral digital flap.The indexes were observed as the circulation、colour、elasticity of the injured fingers’flap and the function and bad prognosis during1year when was reviewed.[Results] These injured fingers of the2groups were reevaluated by observing their living and function in review. Among2groups, there was no statistical significance in function(x2=0.128, P=0.720), yet, there was significant difference in observation group, which was of a sort compaired with the control group, in the elasticity and colour-deepening of the flap (x2=4.525, P=0.039)[Conclusion]1、It s utilizable to repair the skin defect which is in small size, firstly due to the venous flap which is superior to find out the superficial vessel and be cut off, the second thing, the flap is easy to be sutured directly and of a good face, thirdly, it s of little damage to the donor.2、Some of them was healed in a way of regeneration of the normal dermatological tissue around the wound via postoperational dressing partially, due to the partical necrosis of the edge of the venous flaps.3、It s superior to repair the dermatological soft tissues deffect of the dorsum of fingers and carpals by using the frontal distal-forarm venous flap, meanwhile, It s of a better prognosis. To sum up, It s a sort of valuable in clinics.
