The MMSE showed a sensitivity of87.5%and specificity of100%in primary school group, compared to the MOCA were41.7%and79.2%.The MMSE had a sensitivity of27.3%and specificity of100%in junior high school and above group, and the sensitivity and specificity of MOCA were90.9%and85.7%.Conclusions:The MOCA is more suitable for junior high school degree and above for PD MCI screening, and the MMSE is helpful for Middle School.
