| Blood is important for women’s physical activity according to the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine diagnosis elements. The menstruation, pregnancy, produce, milk and other activities have closely related to the smooth of blood. The incidence of various female diseases is increasing with the development of the society and it becomes a threat for women’s health and safety. Therefore, the research on blood pathology and women disease is particularly important.Pulse signal is information that can reflect human physiological and pathological characteristics, and pulse diagnosis is also the main means used in disease diagnosis and evaluation by China for thousands of years. Obviously, the pulse wave can reflect the state of health and contains abundant physiological and pathological information, it also contain blood pathological information. That is, the female blood pathology can distinguished according to propagation characteristics and variation of pulse signal. This article collate blood characterization and women’s unique physiological and pathological characteristics by analyzing pulse signal, and explore the relationship between pulse characteristic parameter and blood pathology to diagnose the specific causes of the disease of the women. It has very important significance for accurate clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper’s research content mainly includes the following aspects:(1) The relationship between pulse wave signals and the theory of blood information was explored based on the formation mechanism and characteristics of the pulse wave. At the same time, the corresponding expressions of blood theory and the characteristic parameters of pulse waves were also researched. In this paper, the female facial chloasma was choosed for example to analyze. This subject had great research value for the protection of women’s physical and mental health, and also provides the quantitative basis of pathological information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. (2)Pulse signals acquisition. In this paper, the HC-2000K pulse sensor was selected to combine with the developed digital extraction system for pulse signals to collect pulse signals from patients in outpatient department in hospital regularly.(3)Pulse signals processing. In this paper, pulse signals analyzed were all collected from patients in outpatient department in hospital. In process of using pulse sensors collect pulse signals, some reasons, such as comfortlessness, nervousness and speaking, often caused patients limb shaking, shortness of breath and cardio acceleration, which seriously affected the accuracy of measurement and caused a large number of non-stationary noise interference, instability and other features. In this research, the method of wavelet transform was selected to denoise pulse signals. De-noising system could be created by C program, and the stationary and smooth pulse signals would be obtained finally.(4) Pulse waveform fitting and feature parameter extraction. In this paper, the model of three Gaussian fitting was used for human arterial pulse wave. For stationary and smooth pulse signals that were obtained in de-noising processing, two kinds of models of three Gaussian waves fitting were used to fit the arterial pulse waves. Then performance of the two models were evaluated and compared, finally, the model with a higher precision was chosen to fit the pulse signals, and implemented the entire fitting process through C program. Finally, on the theoretical basis of the three Gaussians waves fitting, wavelet analysis and threshold was combined to extract feature parameters. The feature parameter extraction system was designed to implement human-computer interaction based on matlab, thus this extraction process would be more convenient and intelligent.(5) Research and development of the acquisition system of human pulse signal and related blood pathological data. The motivation, ideas and processes of this research were further described in this paper and statistical analysis of pathological data of human blood extracted by this system was also implemented.(6) Pulse wave and its characteristic parameters in the application of human blood pathological analysis. Firstly, to establish every patient’s detailed medical files according to their own pathology information, and the pulse signals and blood pathological data were also statistically classified. In this paper, it mainly researched this specific pathology female facial chloasma. To analysis and summary the specific relevance of pulse signals characteristics, the types of traditional Chinese medicine and correspondence of pathological features. Finally, to test and verify the corresponding relationship on the statistics and the final conclusions of this study were given.Based on the above research, the main contribution and innovation of this paper has three points:(1) Research and development of the acquisition system of human pulse signal and related blood pathological data. After the initial search, there is no related report about this system in our country. The presentation and application of this system can provide more convenient and more accurate data for this research.(2) The model of three Gaussian fitting that is new and has higher fitting precision is proposed. This model can better correspond to the characteristics and change rules of the pulse waveform and its fitting effect is better than traditional methods. It also can get characteristic parameters of the pulse wave more accurately and more quickly.(3) Analysis of the characteristics of the pulse signal associated with the female blood pathology correspondence. The article was first proposed using pulse wave characteristic parameters to characterize the female blood pathology of facial chloasma. This is a specific attempt to diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. |
